We offer drama in education / theatre workshops in primary and secondary schools around Ireland. The workshop is a fun and energetic mix of in-depth discussion, role-play, forum theatre and drama games. Participants exchange ideas and share experiences in a specific themed / issue based workshop as directed by the school. Throughout this workshop we develop critical thinking, teamwork skills and positive self-expression. The theatre workshop is an introductory to stagecraft, physical improvisation and creative storytelling. We are happy to liaise with school personnel and provide follow-up material and ideas to help integrate the work into the school curriculum.

Recent clients include Balbriggan Educate Together N.S.where Bluepatch designed and delivered workshops for their Human Rights week entitled ‘ A Right to a Voice and to be Heard‘. In  St. Maelruans N.S. Tallaght, Dublin 24 and Stanhope N.S.. Manor St., Dublin 7 Bluepatch facilitated weekly drama workshops as part of the School Completion Programme over the course of several years.
