Testimonials

Testimonials from our Interview and Presentation Skills Course in  St. Colmcille’s Community School.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course. I was a little bit apprehensive at the beginning as I didn’t know what to expect. I decided to “Feel the Fear and do it anyway” …A shy person by nature I found the course really helped me gain confidence speaking in front of a group. I discovered I enjoyed acting.. , there was a great freedom in this for me; a real sense of letting go of any self-consciousness . The teacher was encouraging and firm and very entertaining. I did not want to miss any class and I always came away feeling energized.”  Maureen Cahalin, Dublin.

My husband and I wanted to do something together in the evenings, so we decided to try Bluepatch’s drama/interview and presentation skills course. I was more into the Drama and my husband was going for the presentation. We both got so much out of it, We laughed, played, acted out small scenes and even performed monologues at the end of the course just for the class, which I never thought I would ever do. My husband said he felt he could speak better at meetings after our evenings with the class. Aoife ‘our teacher’ made it all very enjoyable and so fun. We are both hoping to go back again this year.” Caroline Madden, Dublin.

After doing the interview and presentation skills course I feel that I have come out of my shell that little bit more and feel more comfortable when it comes to speaking in front of a crowd. The course was a great non pressure environment which made the experience, comfortable and most importantly fun!!!” Michael Burke, Dublin.

I really enjoyed the course although I was way out of my comfort zone; Aoife’s easy manner relieved me of my inhibitions”. Rhona Byrne, Dublin.
